Dear sir/madam,
Today i went to a nearby supermarket and bought two packs of Dugro 3-6. I've been buying Dugro since my daughter was a baby, and i maintains with your products until now (she is 5 years old now). She likes it a lot, and i've no problem being a loyal customer for Dugro.
My complaint is not about your product, but on its marketing/advertising. I believed most multinational companies normally concerned about the local culture where they are selling their products. And so is Dumex. Sadly, when i saw the latest advertising campaign, i felt that Dumex is not at par with other multinational companies which are seem more concern about the locals (e.g. Dutch Lady or Nestle). Using 'komplete nutri' as motto simply shows that Dumex does not care to promote correct usage of Bahasa Malaysia or shows Dumex is not sensitive with such issue (which is supposed to be 'Nutrisi Sempurna', by the way). 'Komplete nutri' is obviously neither English nor Bahasa Malaysia. So what is the purpose of creating these terms?
I really hoped that Dumex would give more attention to my complaint, as people especially the Malays are more concern with language after the 'chaos' made by the PPSMI issue. Some of them might be your customers, like me. I hoped Dumex can do something about this.
Thank you.
